Baltic Technology Ventures AS has acquired a minority equity stake in EFECTIO (https://efectio.com/en/) Baltic Technology Ventures AS (BTV) has previously signed an investment and business development agreement with SIA "Efectio" and within the scope of this Agreement has made this acquisition of shares.
