Our portfolio company VOOVOO has officially launched a pilot project in collaboration with Tbilisi City Hall, bringing its smart fleet regulation platform to the streets of Georgia’s capital. This initiative marks a major milestone in VOOVOO’s mission to empower municipalities to take control of their urban mobility landscape.

VOOVOO’s solution is now live on select public transport vehicles in Tbilisi, including minibuses and buses, with the goal of scaling to the city’s entire public fleet of 1,000 vehicles over the next year. The platform helps reduce aggressive driving, enforce speed limits, and ensure smoother, safer transit across the city.

But VOOVOO’s vision extends well beyond public transport. The pilot also sets the stage for regulating rental cars and commercial fleets, using VOOVOO’s technology to enforce smart, geo-fenced speed controls within city limits. Vehicles retain their full performance outside urban zones, balancing flexibility with safety.'

This project aligns with both Tbilisi’s urban planning goals and global calls for cleaner, safer, and more intelligent transport infrastructure. The pilot builds on VOOVOO’s successful expansion across the Balkans, including partnerships in Greece, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, and North Macedonia, positioning the platform as a leader in proactive fleet control for future-forward cities.

As cities around the world look for scalable solutions to manage emissions, improve traffic safety, and transition toward cleaner energy models, VOOVOO offers a proven framework that works. With Tbilisi as the latest city to onboard this innovative tech, the path is clear: the future of urban mobility is data-driven, regulated, and citizen-centric.
